1. Who provides the service
Grain is an app by Animetra OÜ, Estonia. For questions about the app or these terms, contact support@animetra.cloud. These terms govern use of the player; they are not an agreement to supply channels or audiovisual content.
2. A player, with no content included
Grain lets you organise and play compatible sources that you add. Animetra does not sell or provide TV subscriptions, IPTV playlists, provider accounts or access to third-party films, series or channels. The demo uses fictional titles and a public test video and does not constitute an offer of those titles.
3. Your content and permissions
Use only sources and credentials you are entitled to use, and check that the provider is authorised to offer the content and that your access is permitted in your territory. Paying a provider or being able to play a source does not establish that it is lawful. Do not use Grain to infringe copyright, share access without permission, circumvent protection measures or carry out other unlawful activities. Playback does not grant rights to copy, distribute or publicly communicate the content.
4. Independent providers
The relevant providers and rights holders are responsible for their offerings, licences and service terms. Animetra does not select, manage or validate the origin or legality of sources you add. Compatibility with Grain does not imply affiliation, recommendation or approval by Animetra. Questions about subscriptions, charges or catalogue availability should be addressed to the provider.
5. Scope of responsibility
Animetra does not assume responsibility for the origin, licences or content of third-party sources added by users that it neither supplies nor controls. Nor does it guarantee their availability, quality or continuity. Failures attributable solely to the provider, your connection or unauthorised use fall outside the player service. This does not exclude Animetra’s responsibility for its own conduct, defects in Grain or mandatory warranties and rights under applicable law, including those relating to intent or gross negligence.
6. Connections and device data
To access your sources, Grain connects to the specified server and to services delivering video, images or other catalogue data; they may receive your IP address and the data needed to process the request. If you choose to remember access, credentials are stored in the device keychain and the persistent library is encrypted locally. When iCloud is available, Grain syncs your connections, profiles, favorites, lists and progress through your Apple account’s private database; the data is encrypted before upload and Animetra does not receive a copy. Video files and the full catalogue are not synced. An HTTP server may transmit data without encryption. Protect your credentials and consult your provider’s privacy practices. Acceptance is recorded locally with the date, language and text version.
7. Acceptance and changes
Acceptance requires an explicit action and applies to using Grain on this device; it does not purchase or authorise third-party services. If you do not accept, you can close the app without using it; existing connections and libraries are not deleted as a result. You can read these terms in Settings. If the text changes, the new version will be shown for you to review and decide whether to accept before continuing to use the app.
8. Your rights and contact
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or require you to waive claims before competent courts. If a clause is invalid, the applicable law will apply without affecting the remaining provisions to the extent permitted by law. Any Grain price, purchase or subscription will have its own terms disclosed before purchase and will not include third-party content. Contact: support@animetra.cloud.
